At Watsons KSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Watsons KSA account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to start the process.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and any promotional gifts are included.

  Handover to Courier

  Our delivery partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your registered address at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-14 days.
